Founded in 1998, Chengdu Xinwen International Travel Service Co.,Ltd. is a wholly-owned state-owned platform company of Chengdu Media Group, with five business segments of cultural tourism, cultural creativity, hotel, property and training. It owns three directly managed companies, including Xinwen Property, Brilliance Garden Hotel and Xinwen Hotel, and two joint venture companies, including Yuhua Property and Sangyuan Cultural Tourism. As of 2023, the total assets exceeded RMB 468 million. To write a new chapter of Chinese-style modernization in Chengdu, the company is accelerating the integration of cultural, commercial, tourism and sports industries, striving to achieve the new economic integration development goal of "cross-border cooperation and mutual empowerment".

近年来，积极推动传统业务向农商文旅体产业融合发展转型，按照“同业整合”原则实施业务管理，整合公司文旅、文创、培训、酒店、物业等业务，打造了“成都礼物”“洛带电影里”“西岭宿集”等重点项目，初步形成农商文旅体融合发展产业体系。
